Method of Payment
When you click the Pay Now button you are transferred to our on-line authorised payment processor, PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal account you can use that or it is easy to create a new one at the time. Alternatively, you can pay with any of the following major credit or debit cards.

Dispatch of Orders
Orders will normally be acknowledged via email within two working days. Please allow up to 28 days for postal delivery of your CD.
Genealogy Research System software and documentation are supplied on CD.
Support Policy
Bug fix upgrades are available to registered users of Genealogy Research System. These are supplied as maintenance upgrades at nominal charge (to cover costs). When available they will be listed on our Shop page.
Bug reports should be sent to us using the Contact Us page. If necessary also send a copy of your database file (Research Data or Family Knowledge .DDG file) to our email address so that we can reproduce and correct the problem. A maintenance upgrade will be supplied free of charge to the reporter of any bug on resolution.
